Composite Metal-Matrix Alloys Based on Ni-Al for Obtaining Wear-Resistant Coatings by Electric Spark Deposition

The paper presents the research results on produsing by method of liquid-phase self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) composite metal-matrix alloys intended for obtaining wear-resistant coatings electric spark deposition (ESD). Oxides NiO, Cr 2 O 3 and mineral concentrate ZrO were used as a melting charge. Alloys based Ni-Al system with aluminides complex composition containing Zr obtained means alumothermic SHS reaction. Wear-resistant formed steel 45 ESD newly alloys,. maximum wear resistance was using (wt% 18) 1.9).
